With gongs and drums playing, people play Yongko dance (a traditional folk dance in rural areas) to welcome the Chinese New Year at a residential neighborhood community in Lanshan District, Linyi City, east China's Shandong Province on Jan. 20.
As the Lunar New Year is getting closer, the festive atmosphere is getting stronger. The thunderous gongs and drums and the festive Yangko express the beautiful vision of the community residents to welcome the Chinese New Year and celebrate the festival.
