The 2018 Chinese Enterprises Outbound Investment Conference kicked off in Nanning on November 23.
Co-hosted by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the conference included two plenary sessions concerning new opportunities for cross-border investment and new challenges for outbound investment. In addition, other four sessions with regard to overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, agriculture and food processing, cross-border mergers & acquisitions as well as new materials and new technology were also held together with B2B match-making meetings of Ethiopia, Turkey and Australia. A research report on 2018 China’s business environment, an investment guide on China’s overseas economic and trade cooperation zones, and a blue paper on Chinese auto companies’ competitiveness of the Belt and Road countries were released at the conference.
More than 800 participants were in attendance.
