Now the annual manufacturing capacity is 3,000,000 sets.

Advanced manufacturing facilities and sufficient testing methods are the fundamental guarantee of superior quality products. We have successively invested more than 30 million Yuan to purchase world advanced manufacturing and testing facilities from Canada, Taiwan and South Korea. Now we are equipped with 22 Cure Press Machines and various testing machines, including Dyno Tester, Constent Speed Tester, Chase Tester, Thermo Compressor, Expansion Tester, Shear Strength Tester, Impact Strength Tester and Hardness Tester. We established “Joint Lab for Friction Materials” with Linyi University in 2010, and was selected as “Practice base of Linyi University”.
