At 0:00 on November 10th, the China-Kazakhstan (Kazakhstan) Customs Electronic Queuing WeChat Mini Program officially went live, enabling Chinese drivers to independently apply for electronic queuing appointments at Kazakhstan ports and providing separate quotas, deepening the facilitation of Sino-Kazakh international road transportation cooperation. The electronic queuing mini program focuses on the practical needs of drivers, eliminating the need for additional app downloads or entrusting third parties for processing.
Through WeChat alone, it is possible to complete Kazakhstan port exit queuing appointments. The mini program features a bilingual Chinese-Russian interface, specifically addressing issues such as inconvenient operation, language barriers, and high agent fees encountered by Chinese drivers when using the Kazakh electronic queuing system. Chinese drivers register through the WeChat mini program, log in to access the appointment inquiry interface, enter personal, vehicle, and insurance policy information, then selec the intended date of exit from a Kazakhstan port. once the backend system verifies that the registration information is correct, follow the prompts to pay an $8 transit fee and a $160 deposit. Vehicle appointment clearance procedures are then completed. After vehicles clear customs within the specified time, the deposited amount will be refunded normally.
Previously, before the mini program's launch, appointments could only be made through Kazakh agents, with high agent fees and complex procedures. Booking through the mini program can save approximately RMB 300 in agent fees per vehicle per trip. It should be noted that according to Kazakh laws, if a vehicle fails to complete customs clearance on time more than once within 90 days, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
The launch of the Customs Electronic Queuing WeChat Mini Program will further facilitate Sino-Kazakh international road transport channels, reduce logistics costs for enterprises, and contribute to enhancing trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. Moving forward, both sides will continue to optimize the mini program's functions and accelerate the integration of the China-Kazakhstan electronic permit systems, providing strong support for promoting Sino-Kazakh connectivity and building a closer economic cooperation relationship.
