The Provincial Enterprises Supporting the High-Quality Development of Key Industrial Chains in Linyi

On October 22nd, the Provincial Enterprises Empowerment · linking Yimeng Conference on Provincial Enterprises Supporting High-Quality Development of Representative Industrial Chains in Linyi was held. 

Manshen Gang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, attended and spoke at the conference, while Zhang Baoliang, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, delivered a speech. Representatives from 11 provincial state-owned enterprises including Lu Shang Group, Shandong Iron and Steel, Shandong Energy, Shandong Highways, Shandong Finance Investment, Shandong Railway Investment, Shandong Ports, Shandong Heavy Industry, Inspur Group, Shandong Agriculture, and Water Development Group participated as guests. 

More than 70 representatives from these enterprises attended the event. In his speech, Manshen Gang pointed out that in recent years, provincial state-owned assets and enterprises have continuously optimized their layout, strictly regulated state-owned capital supervision, and achieved new results in various work aspects. Linyi is the southern gate of Shandong Province and a pivotal bridgehead connecting the Yangtze River Delta region; it is also an important hub along the golden economic corridor between Beijing and Shanghai. 

Over the years, both sides have maintained a good cooperative relationship with continuous highlights of cooperation achievements. Moving forward, provincial state-owned assets and enterprises should focus on their main responsibilities and industries, strengthen practical achievements in industry, further promote the leapfrogging of Linyi's industrial chain capacity; adhere to technological innovation, deepen integration, empower Linyi's new quality productive forces cultivation even further; seize development opportunities, enhance responsibility and commitment, and boost Linyi's urban dynamic transformation even further. The Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will continue to smooth communication channels, expand cooperation platforms, serve as a bridge and bond for enterprise-local government collaboration, and contribute to Linyi's high-quality economic and social development. 

Zhang Baoliang said in his speech that the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has always supported local development with feelings and responsibilities. Provincial state-owned enterprises are strong in strength, rich in resources, and care about old revolutionary areas. They have made significant contributions to Linyi's development. Linyi has a complete industrial system, strong provincial state-owned enterprises capabilities, and vast cooperation space. Linyi's commerce and logistics are well-developed, with a complete supply chain system of provincial state-owned enterprises complementing each other's development advantages. Linyi's innovative entities are active, with high-end research platforms of provincial state-owned enterprises providing rich collaborative scenarios. 

Linyi's cultural tourism is fully taking shape, with high levels of development and operation by provincial state-owned enterprises offering unlimited potential for collaboration. Linyi's urban infrastructure construction has ample room for growth, with strong construction capabilities of provincial state-owned enterprises promising broad prospects for collaboration.

During the conference, a promotional video titled Linyi Showcase was played, followed by project presentations and speeches by representatives from provincial state-owned enterprises. Attendees also visited exhibitions showcasing key achievements of state-owned enterprises and conducted research at the Linyi Commerce Exhibition Hall, Linyi International Trade Center, China Linyi International Hotel Supplies Trade City, and China International Food City. Members of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission included Zhou Hongwen, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director; municipal leaders Xue Feng, Jun XinYang, and Yao ShuHua also participated in the event.
