Linyi, December 28, 2016 (Linyi China) -- 35 purchasers from Pakistan came to Linyi Trade City to have an investigative visit on December 26. Pakistani customers paid visits to Linyi’s representative markets including Jinlan Logistics, Linyi Engineering Material Market and Linyi Mechanical & Electrical Products Market. After their visit, they were invited to an explanation meeting on market purchasing policy, namely negotiation meeting for foreign purchasers. Linyi Trade City signed a contract on strategic cooperation with Shanghai Qimao E-commerce Company.
Yao Ming, director of Linyi Trade City Administrative Commission and member of Party Committee of Linyi Municipal Government attended and addressed the meeting. Zhao Xinyu, director-general of Linyi Investment Promotion Bureau hosted the meeting. Yao Ming said Linyi had opened over 2000 logistics lines across China and 10 freight trains attached to China-Pakistan highway-railway line. International airline opened by Linyi Airport to Muan Airport, South Korea would contribute a lot to the transnational economic corridor across North Asia, Middle Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. In addition, a series of oversea Linyi Trade City had been building in Germany, Pakistan, Qatar and other countries and Linyi Engineer Material Market was authorized to be an official trial of Market Purchasing by eight ministries and commissions including Ministry of Commerce. It is the only specialized market of means of production permitted to implement Market Purchasing both in Shandong Province and across China.
Ended with 9 orders totally valued 14.1 million dollars and several targeted cooperation between Linyi suppliers and Pakistani purchasers, the meeting achieved a fruitful results. Popular goods were hardware, mechanical and electrical products, labor protection appliances and boards. Pakistan purchasers said that the plan of Pakistani Purchase Center will be carried out in Linyi Trade City. The meeting is conducive to promote the comprehensive cooperation between Linyi and Pakistan.
