Brief introduction

PE series jaw crusher as material broken first choice equipment, mainly used in intermediate crushing and coarse crushing work for all kinds of mining ,rock etc. materials which the compressive strength is under 320Mpa. The jaw crusher is widely used in mining, metallurgy industry, building materials, transportation, ceramic industry, chemical industry, electric power, basic construction etc.

Performance features of Jaw Crusher

1.PE jaw crusher, as squeezing crush, the wearing parts wear out slowly and the service life is longer. There are two kinds of shells according to their different materials—welded shell and cast steel shell.

2.Big feed size, big breaking ratio, high breaking efficiency.

3.Jaw crusher equips with toggle plate which supports the movable/dynamic jaw head and adjusting base to provide overload protection. When overloaded operation happens, the toggle plate will break to protect the dynamic jaw head which in some extent reduce customers’ operating cost.

4.The bearing part adopts multilayer labyrinth craft to prevent it from water and dust and prolong the operating life of bearing.

5.The pulley and the shaft employ expansion sleeve connection which makes assembly and disassemblely convenient and easy. For maintenance, this kind of connection saves both time and labor.

6.The bearings equip with oil retaining disk. When the grease is filling into the machine, the formed oil chamber can save grease.

Principle of Operation
The motor passes the motive power to the eccentric axle's end's pulley, makes the eccentric axle under the lead of the motor, does rotatory movement according to the demanded speed rate, the dynamic jaw head propelled by the eccentric axle's eccentric force make regular fixed trial compressive movement, which comes to the materials' break.
