1、Crushing and pre-homogenization
(1)Crushing: In the process of cement production, most of the raw materials have to be crushed, the crushing process is more economical and convenient than the grinding process, and it is very important to reasonably choose crushing equipment and grinding equipment. After crushing, it can reduce the separation phenomenon of different particle size materials in the transportation and storage process, which is helpful to make raw materials with uniform composition and improve the accuracy of batching.
(2)Raw material pre-homogenization: pre-homogenization technology is in the raw material storage and retrieval process, the use of scientific stacking and retrieval technology, to achieve the initial homogenization of raw materials, so that the raw material yard at the same time with the function of storage and homogenization.

2、Raw material preparation
In the process of cement production, at least 3 tons of materials (including various raw materials, fuels, clinker, mixing materials and gypsum) should be ground for every 1 ton of silicate cement produced. According to statistics, the power consumed by dry process cement production line grinding operation accounts for more than 60% of the power of the whole plant, of which raw material grinding accounts for more than 30%, coal grinding accounts for about 3%, and cement grinding accounts for about 40%. Therefore, it is of great significance to reasonably select grinding equipment and process flow, optimize process parameters, operate correctly and control operation system to ensure product quality and reduce energy consumption.

3、Homogenization of raw materials
In the process of cement production, stabilizing the composition of raw materials entering the kiln is a prerequisite for stabilizing the thermal regime of clinker firing, and the raw material homogenization system plays the role of the latter gatekeeper for stabilizing the composition of raw materials entering the kiln.
4、Preheating decomposition
Preheating and partial decomposition of raw materials by the preheater to complete, instead of rotary kiln part of the function, to shorten the length of the rotary kiln, and at the same time to make the kiln to pile up the state of the gas and material heat transfer process, moved to the preheater in the state of suspension, so that the raw materials with the kiln discharged in the full mix of hot gases, increasing the contact area of the gas and material, fast heat transfer, high heat exchange efficiency, and achieve to improve the kiln system production efficiency, reduce the clinker burning heat consumption of the purpose.
