The wheel adopts 45# steel forging process to greatly improve the material properties and prolong the service life of the wheel.

The wheel shaft is made of 45 # steel.

(1)The whole process of the mold bottom frame is made of special tooling, which ensures the dimensional accuracy and realizes the interchangeability of the mold;

(2)Mold and blank contact surface flatness error 6m direction ≤1 ㎜, 1.2m direction ≤1 ㎜, mold diagonal error is less than or equal to 2 ㎜. The stiffness of die and side plate is guaranteed. The load deformation is no more than 0.5mm/m, and the diagonal error is less than 0.1‰;

(3)In order to ensure the assembly accuracy of its molds, Weida adopts the assembly mode of "rough milling - finishing - assembly". The machining workshop is equipped with large gantry milling machine and CNC machining center and other large machining equipment to ensure the machining accuracy of equipment.

(1)The mold adopts butterfly spring rocker arm locking mode, self-aligning form of double pressure wheel to press the side plate to ensure the complete fit of the side plate and the mold, and maximally prolong the service life of the sealing rubber strip in the process of use;

(2)The die adopts double drawing die slope design, which reduces the amount of waste generated and makes the blank body do not fall Angle and do not stick to the die.
