Tyre Quality Inspection
Every single tire will be received three steps inspection:
Each part (Tread, bead, sidewall and inside of tire) of tire will be checked by human eyes observation and touched by hands. All tires must be examined by X-ray inspection machine to ensure tires are quality goods via finding out the following defects in the tire.
- clutter
- Corrosion of steel wire for belt
- The bubbles in side wall
- Joint release
- Belt position (off-tracking, snaking, curling, etc.)
