Since it was released by Linyi Trade City in March, 2013, the price indexes have expanded its influence across and around Shandong Province. As an important trading indicator of Linyi Trade City providing a more scientific and realistic classification for commodity price indexes, categories of Linyi Trade City were finally determined as 15 categories, 3055 subcategories, and 16550 types with three main indexes – panels, logistics, and Jinluo (a famous local meet processing group in Linyi).
It was reported that indexes of Linyi Trade City have been put into use at provincial platform for one year. Currently, Linyi Trade City is channelling great efforts into the improvement of its price indexes, aiming at developing it into nationally-issued indexes.
