Linyi, April 13, 2016 (Linyi China)-- Linyi’s electronic commerce achieved a new honorary title as “Internet Plus”China’s Top 100 Cities for online Retailing in 2015 at the China International Electronic Commerce Expo 2015 held on April 11, reporter learned from Linyi Municipal Bureau of Commerce. Linyi ranked No. 42 amid the top 100 cities for their excellent performance in the development of e-commerce.
During the expo, China International Electronic Commerce Center and China National Business Information Center made a joint issuance of the Comprehensive Indexes of China’s Regional online Retail in 2015 through the latest technology of cloud computing and big data. The indexes were analyzed and calculated on the basis of over 20 key e-commerce platforms in accordance with administrative division of China. Meanwhile, statistics of were regional turnovers, shop’s activities, and year-on-year growth were also took into consideration in the course of calculation.
In recent years, Linyi has been making great efforts to develop the electronic commerce, and the e-commerce of Linyi has been rising swiftly to prominence in return, growing with great vitality and expanding scales. According to official figures, Linyi achieved a turnover of 110 billion yuan for e-commerce and 26 billion yuan for online retailing in 2015, increased by 33.3% and 18.2% respectively.
