At 12:00 on May 28, a China-Europe train loaded with 2,156 tons of concentrated apple juice departed from Aksu Station in Xinjiang and will exit through Alashankou Port, passing through Dostyk, Kazakhstan, and arriving at the terminal, Krest, Russia. The total distance is 5,900 kilometers and it is expected to travel for 12 days. This is the first China-Europe train in Aksu, Xinjiang, opening up a new China-Europe train from Aksu to Russia.

“In the past, after we sent concentrated apple juice to Ussi Station for assembly, we transferred to the China-Europe Express train and sent it to Russia. It took about 23 days. Directly operating the Apple Juice China-Europe Express from Aksu reduced the cost of re-transporting and shipping. The link saves manpower and material resources." said Li Judong, general manager of Aksu Hengtong Juice Co., Ltd.

Aksu has long sunshine hours, large temperature difference between day and night, and its unique natural environment advantages make the local Bingtangxin apples have high sugar content, delicate flesh, sweet and juicy. Aksu Hengtong Juice Co., Ltd. is the largest apple juice concentrate processing enterprise in Xinjiang, and its export volume is increasing year by year. Since 2012, more than 80,000 tons of apple juice have been exported to Russia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries.

The Xinjiang Railway Department gives priority to the transportation capacity, gives priority to the allocation of empty containers, rationally arranges the transportation plan, understands the customs declaration, loading, and assembly of the goods in real time, and allocates reinforcement equipment in advance, and implements the goods to be loaded and loaded immediately. Shipment as soon as possible, rationally streamline transportation links, improve the service chain, unblock the export channels of goods, and make every effort to meet the export needs of foreign trade products.
