On April 28, 2021, Ukrainian Enterprises ПлазмаТек In accordance with resolution ad-488 / 2021 / 4411-03 of the inter departmental International Trade Commission of Ukraine, Ukraine applies for дріт із сталі кремнієво-марганцевої） Start an anti-dumping investigation. The investigation period of this case is from 2018 to 2020. The Ukrainian tax code of the product involved is 7229 2000. The announcement shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
The interested parties shall register their response to the lawsuit within 30 days after the announcement, and submit the comments and evidence materials of the case within 60 days.
