The main line of Jinghai Expressway starts from the east of Jinghong City and ends at the south of Menghai County. The main line adopts two-way four-lane expressway standard construction, with a total length of about 54 kilometers and a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. According to reports, after the Jinghai Expressway was completed and opened to traffic, Xishuangbanna Prefecture will realize the “high speed between counties and counties”, and the travel time between Jinghong and Menghai has been shortened from about 1.5 hours to about 0.5 hours.
