According to data released by the Ministry of Commerce on the 15th, from January to November this year, the actual use of foreign capital in China reached 899.38 billion yuan, up 6.3% year-on-year (excluding banking, securities and insurance). In November, the actual use of foreign capital was 98.7 billion yuan, up 5.5% year-on-year, for eight consecutive month.
The person in charge of the foreign investment department of the Ministry of Commerce said that China's absorption of foreign capital continued the steady and positive trend since the second half of the year. In terms of industries, from January to November, the actual use of foreign capital in the service industry was 704.46 billion yuan, up 16.1% year-on-year, accounting for 78.3% of the actual use of foreign capital in China. The high-tech service industry increased by 31.6% year-on-year, including e-commerce services, professional technical services, R & D and design services, and transformation services of scientific and technological achievements increased by 43.9%, 35.1%, 93.6% and 53% respectively.
