Chapo made the above statement when the Presidential Office accepted the submission of the country by Zheng Xuan, the new Chinese Ambassador to Mozambique. Zheng Xuan said that in recent years, under the leadership of the two heads of state, the China-MoMo comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership has continued to deepen.
