- Roller: Selec φ89mm special shaft pipe, wall thickness 3mm, roller center spacing is 180mm.
- Jet box: Adopt high-quality GB standard galvanized rectangular tube.

8. The temperature in the burner is 40-60 ℃ higher than that of the traditional dryer (steam, thermal oil), and the temperature is controlled at 140-180 ℃, which shortens the drying time and increases the output.
9. The biomass burner, a patented product independently developed by our company, can directly use crushed tree bark as fuel to provide a heat source for the dryer, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and greatly reduces the drying cost.
10. The hot air blower and the cold air blower of the dryer use the latest axial flow fan 5.5kw, which reduces the power consumption and greatly reduces the power of 35% of the whole machine. It not only fully guarantees the required air volume for drying, but also reduces the total installed power, thus minimizing the electricity consumption of the entire equipment.
