Shanghai starts the judicial protection work of Import Expo

In order to implement the overall plan of China International import Expo, which was deliberated and approved by the central leading group for comprehensively deepening reform, and to provide better judicial service and guarantee for Shanghai to hold China International import Expo (hereinafter referred to as the import Expo), the Shanghai Higher People's court held a press conference this afternoon (June 14) to issue the Shanghai Higher People's law Several opinions on service guarantee of China International import Expo and relevant supporting regulations.



The opinions include general requirements, specific measures and work requirements. Among them, the specific measures are divided into eight aspects. It is clear that Shanghai courts will exercise centralized jurisdiction over all kinds of cases in the process of participating in the preparation, holding and dismantling of the import Expo, and set up special courts or special trial teams to conduct intensive trials through circuit trials. At the same time, Shanghai courts will open up green channels for filing cases involving import fairs, set up special windows for filing cases involving import fairs, integrate internal and external mediation resources, strengthen cooperation with people's mediation organizations, etc., and improve the diversified settlement mechanism of import related disputes based on the litigation mediation docking Center. In addition, Shanghai courts will effectively punish criminal crimes, efficiently resolve civil and commercial disputes, respond to the needs of judicial protection of intellectual property rights, hear administrative cases according to law, and intensify enforcement, so as to create a good legal environment for fair competition, honesty and trustworthiness, and harmonious and win-win situation.



According to the supporting regulations, the cases involving import fairs mainly refer to various civil and commercial cases, criminal cases, intellectual property rights cases, etc. of various subjects such as organizers, exhibitors, purchasers, visitors and service providers who participate in the preparation, holding and withdrawal of import fairs.
