Specifically, from the perspective of business structure, from January to April, the execution value of offshore information technology outsourcing (ITO) undertaken by Chinese enterprises was 92.5 billion yuan, a slight decrease of 0.3% year-on-year; business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) The execution amount was 42.4 billion yuan and 80.5 billion yuan respectively, an increase of 16.4% and 23.7% year-on-year respectively.

From the perspective of regional distribution, from January to April, the 37 service outsourcing demonstration cities across the country undertook a total of 303.7 billion yuan of offshore service outsourcing contracts, and the executed value was 196.9 billion yuan, accounting for 91.0% and 91.4% of the national total, respectively.

From the perspective of the international market, from January to April, the execution value of China's offshore service outsourcing from Hong Kong, the United States and the European Unio was 50.7 billion yuan, 42.9 billion yuan and 28.3 billion yuan respectively. The execution value of China's offshore service outsourcing from RCEP member countries was 50.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%.

In terms of the nature of enterprises, from January to April, the execution value of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by private enterprises was 62.7 billion yuan, accounting for 29.1% of the country, a year-on-year increase of 42.5%. The executed value of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by foreign-invested enterprises was 100.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%.

From the perspective of employment absorption, as of the end of April 2022, China's service outsourcing has absorbed 14.26 million employees, a year-on-year increase of 8.1%, of which 9.18 million have university degrees or above, accounting for 64.3%.
