I am looking for a supplier for soap molds. Currently our soap is 3"x2"x1". We are using cavity molds to produce the soap however we have big problems with bowing and air bubbles. We do try to shake the mold and pour slowly but it is not working. Please see attached photo for the problem.
I was wondering if you have any product that can help with this since we recieved a large order we need to find a way to produce good quality soap shape. Maybe a tube mold or mold with dividers? Please note we need to keep soap 3"x2"x1." Looking forward to hearing your advice and suggestions.
